Had 6 nights in Tokyo, spending my time here lovely. This well-maintained hotel had a central setting close to many attractions. Besides, it was just next door to convenient stores, a business / financial district and the city center. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Tokyo.

Great location, 5-mins walk to Tamachi Station. Room is petite (as in most Japanese economy hotel) but clean and tidy. Internet connection is superb slow, which mean I can't search for information online. Staff is polite but seems distant. I would say bottom line is that it's not the cheapest clean petite room you can find in great locations and at the same time, with a couple thousand Yen more, you can stay in a more proper star-rated hotel. I would probably not go back for this one.
Internet is very very slow.

The service was exceptional! We were overwhelmed by the friendliness, generosity and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was exceptionally clean, much more luxurious than we expected for the price and so close to the station for easy accessibility. Being a business district, it was very quiet on the weekend which was very nice for us!! There were convenience stores very close by and some small restaurants near the station, so all very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are recommending this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again!
There wasn't anything that we were dissatisfied with about this hotel. If people were into the night life and shopping, they should be aware that it's a business district so would have to catch the train a couple of stops to get to that area. However, Tamachi is on the Yamanote line (JR) so very convenient for foreign travellers. It's a small stop so not all late night weekend trains stop at this station.

Modern, extremely clean and well thought out. The rooms are small but it's Tokyo so as expected. They are well planned and the facilities very good. Bathrooms spotless with quality products. It's out of the main shopping districts but easily accessible due to the close proximity of the jr line. Don't expect to find too much choice of food and drinking places around the hotel, it's the business district. Although Shibuya is only 25 minutes by train. Access to Hanada airport is very easy being only 25 minutes away on the Tokyo Metro. A very good choice if on a budget and you want modern, clean, designed and good transport links.

Location: the hotel was just next door to which in turn is close to Shinagawa, through Tokyo main station, and Edo Castle. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Vineria la Ciau that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The rooms were a nice size with free Wi-Fi. It had a comfortable bed and included a spacious bathroom a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets...
Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were poor.

I stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed the spacious bathtub and the solid Wi-Fi throughout my stay. The hotel also offers great massage options like foot and head massages to unwind after a long day. The only thing wasn't ideal was the window not opening for fresh air, but it didn't change how much I liked my time here 😊

Super clean room, and the location made getting around easy. Loved the cute café nearby-perfect for a little pastry fix!
Couldn't check in until 3pm. When I asked, the receptionist just smiled like I was asking for the moon!
